Kellie manages a 20 minute butt workout with zero equipment while on Spring Break with her family. What do you need? Well some grit for sure. A hill helps…and some weighted “thing” to hold on to. Here you go:
Get a weighted object..a rock works, or a weighted bag. Here are the 3 exercises plus hill sprints:
- 1. Kneeling one-leg “get ups”
- 2. Walking lunges with weight
- 3. Plie deep squats
Follow these 1 minute exercises with 2 minutes of hill sprints. Do it 4 times for a simple (not easy) workout that you can literally do anywhere. Your butt will thank you!
