Here are a few of my favorite foods to create a firmer, flatter, bloat free belly.
1: Lemon Water~ Lemon in itself is detoxifying, by simply having a glass of warm water and fresh lemon juice you can detoxify your stomach, and intestines easing bloat, and resulting in a flatter stomach.
2: Apple Cider Vinegar~ Millions of people suffer with indigestion problems causing gas, heartburn, and stomach bloating. Daily I use this miracle food, before or after a meal. It can have amazing effects on a bloated belly.
3: Celery ~ High content of vitamin A, B1, B2, B6 and C with rich supplies of potassium, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, sodium and plenty essential amino acids.
Nutrients in the fiber are released during juicing, aiding bowel movements.
4: Dandelion Greens ~ Increasing bile output, digestion and absorption of fats, alkalinizing the intestines, could explain the effectiveness of dandelion in reducing the effects of fatty foods (heartburn and acid indigestion);
