What tastes good with farrow, spelt, lentils and millet? 6&6 wanted to know so we hosted an event last week and presented several delicious recipes. As part of our monthly health series, we investigated and perfected several recipes with ‘weird’ items from the grocery store. 6&6 eats clean as many of our readers do, so we loved the new recipes. They will be posted on our website during the month of July. Here was the line-up:

My personal favorite was the Farrow Beet Salad. Mary promises to post the recipe soon! One attendee said our workshops are like a “support group for clean eaters.” We loved that! Each month we hope to bring lively discussions along with educational topics to help you live a healthier, fitter life! One highlight was a contest to guess the nuts and nut butters. The prize was a jar of home made salsa that is the basis for several 6&6 recipes.
