No time for a long workout? Not a big deal. Chances are you are just as busy with life as the rest of us, and the number one excuse I hear regarding exercise is NO TIME!
You do not need to spend hours in the gym to get great results, focus on the bigger muscles in your body. Work the quads, glutes, chest, back, and abdomen. The more muscle fibers you activate, the more calories you burn and you boost your metabolism at the same time.
Focus on large muscle groups you can use in a series of short exercises. Between sets, if time allows, I add a mile run, high knees, or ball skips to get that heart rate racing! This is an overall body workout to quickly shock your body and burn calories.
