Lindsay and I are such huge fans of Kellie’s salsa. I eat it by the spoonful!! It’s great on salads, in wraps, added to quinoa, as a taco topping and of course on organic corn chips! It is so easy to make, healthy, low fat and naturally delicious!
Kellie has actually done a demonstration in her children’s classrooms! In fact that was my first taste of it. My then, 8 year old, Luke, came home begging me to make it!
Kellie, Lindsay and I are all busy moms. We do not have time to slave in the kitchen for hours daily. Neither do you, I am guessing! But we refuse to sacrifice quality and taste. Therefore we have found, tweaked and develop recipes that are fast, easy, healthy and delicious.
